The Abstract Submission is Closed
The Organizing Committee of Ovarian Club XII welcomes you to submit abstracts for PosterPresentation at the Meeting. “Best Poster Awards” will be awarded to recognize outstanding works.
ABSTRACT CATEGORIES:
- Genetics
- Reproductive Medicine
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
- Abstracts must be submitted in English by completing the Abstract Submission Form.
- Abstract title must be in Title Case, e.g. Ovarian Club XII. The title should be brief and descriptive.
- Word limit is 400 words including Abstract Title and Main Text. The abstract content should include (a) Objective(s), (b) methods, (c) results, and (d) conclusions.
- Names of author and co-author and organizations should be included clearly. Please include last name and initials of author(s) and DO NOT include degrees or professional titles (Dr, PhD, Prof, MD, etc.).
- Deadline for abstract submission is 15 November 2018.
- All Abstract should submit to the Meeting Secretariat at ocxii@icc.com.hk
- The presenting authors will be notified by a letter of acceptance starting in late November 2018 if the abstract is accepted by the Organizing Committee. Author of the accepted abstract must register as a paying delegate to attend the Meeting.
BEST POSTER AWARDS
In order to recognize outstanding works, the Scientific Programme Committee is pleased to offer Best Poster Awards. Applicants would need to register as participants and present their Poster at the Meeting. The results will be announced and the awards will be presented during the Closing Ceremony on 16 December 2018. All the presenters should attend the Closing Ceremony for the Award Presentation.
