On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we welcome you all to the OC XII (Asia) on 15 – 16 December 2018 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.

Building on and following our aim to provide cutting edge science and its influence and translation into clinical practice, and continuing to provide scintillating and at the same time practical education, I have in mind a theme like “Has Conventional IVF Reached Its Limits?”. We will explore the place of IVF in this present world of gene discovery, manipulation and editing, as well as artificially replacing (traditional) human gametes and reproductive organs. Will it survive? Could it be – just another dream? As usual, we will try to assemble the best speakers and the best topics. Sessions may include: best efforts for IVF, hormones and oocytes quality, genomic cause and recovery in fertilization failure, oocytes activation, genomics and metabolomics of embryonic growth and endometrium receptivity and prenatal preimplantation genomic effects, and fertility and hormonal preservation.

We are grateful for your past support, and we look forward to have an enjoyable and educationally rewarding time with you again in Hong Kong.
